Job Title: SQL Data Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
- 7-10 years of experience in Designing, Development and Maintenance of databases providing for a Scalable, Distributed applications.
- Extensive experience with RDBMS (Postgres / MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server)
- Proven abilities for leading the data track for the application teams to deliver high performance to end consumers.
- Ability to model the databases for optimum performance applying industry standard principles such as SOLID, DB Normalization etc…
- Hands-on with some of the niche modelling / querying techniques such as hierarchical data modelling / query, Aggregates, Common Table Expressions.
- Experience working with Databases on any of the public cloud such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OCP etc…
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
Required Skills
Typically has 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with SQL, SSIS, SSRS.
Experience with Azure and Snowflake is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
