Role: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA. This is an onsite position.

About the Role
We’re seeking a talented and driven AI/ML Engineer to join our team and will work across the full ML lifecycle—from data exploration and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and monitoring—leveraging both classical and deep learning techniques. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, detect anomalies, and guide feature engineering
- Clean, transform, and prepare structured and unstructured data for modelling
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models for tasks in for Classification, Regression, Clustering, Forecasting etc.
- Work with annotated datasets in formats like YOLO, COCO, Pascal VOC, TFRecord, and YAML
- Implement classical ML algorithms including decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM)
- Apply ensemble techniques to improve model robustness and generalization
- Build scalable training and inference pipelines using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements and deliver ML solutions
- Deploy models using Docker, REST APIs, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Monitor model performance and retrain using feedback loops and active learning strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, stats models
- Solid understanding of decision trees, ensemble methods (bagging, boosting), and classical ML algorithms
- Hands-on experience with EDA tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) and data wrangling techniques
- Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker
- Familiarity with annotation formats and data schemas: COCO, YOLO, TFRecord, YAML
- Understanding of LLMs, GenAI and other vision Transformers.
- Hands on experience with Agentic framework like LangChain, Lang graph, huggingface libraries and various open-source models.
- Experience with data versioning and experiment tracking tools (e.g., DVC, MLflow, Weights & Biases)
- Ability to deploy models in production environments using Docker, Flask/FastAPI, or cloud-native tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Experience with transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, ViT)
- Knowledge of edge deployment (TensorFlow Lite, NVIDIA Jetson)
- Familiarity with distributed/bigdata frameworks like Apache Spark, Pyspark, etc.
- Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research
- Understanding of reinforcement learning or generative models (GANs, VAEs)
- Experience with time-series modelling and anomaly detection
