Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Analysts are responsible for technical analysis and document development in support of Air Force training under the supervision of a Project lead.
Responsibilities:
- Develop MPT documents such as Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) in accordance with DOD and Air Force instructions;
- Read and understand DOD and Air Force Instructions while conducting analysis;
- Coordinate with other analysts to identify MPT impacts in program operations using quantitative and/or qualitative methods;
- Apply processes that involve planning, fact-finding, analyzing, and evaluating data, reaching conclusions, preparing recommendations, gaining acceptance, and adjudicating changes;
- Conduct analysis and studies of operational programs/systems to validate MPT impacts to the overall program;
- Prepare comprehensive written reports containing recommendations and supporting data that justify MPT impacts;
- Effectively interface with all offices associated with an assigned project;
- Understand the interactions between humans and other elements of a system;
- Display strong technical problem solving, written and verbal communication skills to generate and document human factors and human systems interface requirements;
- Additional duties as assigned.
Employment Status:
Full-time; Salaried; Exempt (40 hours per week).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred);
- 2-3 years’ experience with TSRA;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to include the ability to read, interpret, organize, and synthesize source material into well-written, concise technical style reports in approved formats;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Air Force training programs and support systems;
- Knowledge of US Military aviation systems;
- Ability to learn and establish a working knowledge of military terminology;
- US Citizenship required.
