About the Role:
Our client is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in AI and machine learning. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, data-driven solutions. You will report to senior technology leadership and work closely with stakeholders across the business to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain AI and machine learning models that support business objectives.
- Build and manage data pipelines for model training, deployment, and evaluation.
- Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Design and deploy natural language processing solutions for unstructured data.
- Ensure compliance of AI models with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems.
- Maintain data quality and integrity across AI/ML workflows.
- Define metrics to track the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement new AI tools and technologies to enhance capabilities.
- Document AI models, methodologies, and processes.
- Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or similar roles.
- Relevant certifications in AI, ML, or data science are a plus.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or legal is beneficial.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and natural language processing.
- Strong data wrangling and preprocessing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable results.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
