We are seeking a Data Analyst Consultant passionate about turning data into stories that move organizations forward. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative curiosity — someone who can visualize data, interpret patterns, and translate insights into actions that strengthen our clients’ communication and marketing strategies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that inform communication, marketing, and reputation strategies.
- Design and build data dashboards and visualizations (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to translate findings into clear, impactful narratives.
- Develop data-driven recommendations that connect audience behavior, media dynamics, and business objectives.
- Support multi-sector projects — from corporate reputation and public affairs to consumer marketing and innovation — ensuring analytical alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (consultants, strategists, creatives, and developers) to integrate insights into campaign planning and decision-making.
- Communicate complex results clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends in data analytics, visualization, AI, and digital communication.
Required Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in data visualization and storytelling using platforms like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate numbers into meaning.
- Experience in data interpretation for communication and marketing applications (audience insights, reputation tracking, brand performance, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL and/or Python/R for data processing and analysis.
- Understanding of key KPIs in communication, marketing, reputation, and digital performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable to new analytical tools and methodologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional consulting environment.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish proficiency desired.
