Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Python, or R).
- Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
- Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Consult with users or decision makers to identify data sources, required data elements, or data validation standards with minimal guidance.
- Design business intelligence solutions and infrastructure to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval with minimal guidance. Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source data pipelines. Follow and improve upon the local best practices.
- Develop data models to assist in the visualization and interpretation of data with minimal guidance.
- Develop reports, queries, and dashboards that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources with minimal guidance. Design and implement specific features and components with minimal guidance.
- Perform data analyses utilizing relevant tools, leveraging custom data infrastructure or existing data models with minimal guidance. Work with clients to understand their needs and clarify requirements or direct to more suitable channels.
