Overview:
We’re hiring a Data Scientist to develop predictive models, drive advanced analytics, and build data-driven applications that solve real business challenges. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on delivering high-impact insights in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and forecasting solutions
- Build data-driven applications that support business decision-making
- Lead pilot projects and transition successful models to production
- Design intuitive visualizations to communicate insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analytics that drive value
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science
- Strong forecasting experience (time series, predictive algorithms)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and a JVM-based language (Java or Scala)
- Experience with ML, NLP, and deploying models to production
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Retail industry experience required
