Position Description/Job Responsibilities

Specializing in high-end space, intelligence, and cyber solutions, KBR provides our customers with expert systems engineering support for solving the full spectrum of signal processing challenges. Our multi-disciplinary teams tackle challenges spreading across the navigation, electronic warfare, and cyber security. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. Position Responsibilities

Proactively identify and resolve challenging issues in a variety of business settings
Assist with system configuration, deployments, and control processes
Interact with software developers, data engineers, and data analysts across a multidisciplinary set of problem-solving efforts
Develop software linking back-end data systems to visualization and analysis tools
Build reusable components and software library to share code amongst various projects

Requirements

Willingness to quickly pick up new technologies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with R, Python, SQL, or PySpark
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or other technical degree
Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
MUST be onsite in San Antonio, TX. No relocation assistance will be provided.

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and visualizations
Experience with data collection and cleaning
