Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our Finance Team!
The Financial Data Analyst is responsible for compiling, validating, and maintaining all operational volume, utilization, and contribution data that supports financial reporting and decision-making for Northwest Specialty Hospital (NWSH). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of recurring and ad hoc reports that inform leadership across surgical, imaging, and outpatient service lines. The Financial Data Analyst will need to project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of the Hospital and employees as appropriate.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrates eligibility for employment in the United States.
- Experience utilizing ERP accounting systems (Lawson preferred).
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical aptitude: ability to quickly learn and operate new systems efficiently.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with business teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to thoroughly analyze data.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of professional standards and regulations.
- Highly organized, self-starter, and capable of working efficiently with minimum supervision.
