We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Data Analyst who can connect the dots between numbers and strategy - someone who thrives in a hands-on, data-driven, mission-led environment.
What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue, cash flow, and operating expenses.
- Create and present monthly and quarterly performance reports across DTC, Amazon, and retail.
- Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to guide key business decisions.
- Analyze unit economics (CAC, LTV, margins) to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Data Analytics & Insights:
- Build and automate dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, operations, and sales.
- Integrate data from Shopify, Amazon, QuickBooks, Meta Ads, and GA4 into unified reporting views.
- Conduct retention, cohort, and funnel analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to translate data into actionable business insights.
Accounting & Financial Operations Oversight:
- Act as the internal liaison for our external accounting firm, CPA, and sales tax partners.
- Review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and close reports for accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data for bookkeeping, tax filings, and compliance.
- Support cash flow management, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
- Help streamline financial processes and improve internal financial reporting.
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or finance - ideally within CPG, DTC, or eCommerce.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with subscription revenue models.
- Familiar with accounting workflows and comfortable overseeing external financial partners.
- Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Analytical, proactive, and highly organized - you love turning messy data into clear insights.
- Excellent communicator who can translate numbers into strategy.
