Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the NANPA team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to uncover insights that support operational decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions, build reports, and ensure data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Processing
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from internal and external sources.
- Validate datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Build and maintain automated workflows and scripts for recurring data tasks using SQL.
Data Reporting
- Create reports using Tableau.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and best practices for data collection and reporting processes.
Data Analysis and Insights
- Perform exploratory data and statistical analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop forecasting models and perform hypothesis testing to support outcome.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data findings and align them with organization’s objectives.
Data Quality Assurance
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
Professional Growth and Collaboration
- Stay current on analytics trends, tools, and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analysis programming language (e.g., Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools — Tableau required.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in statistical analysis, forecasting and predictive modeling techniques.
- Experience designing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
- Excellent time management and ability to complete tasks independently, and within required timeframes.
- High level of professionalism, including adhering to confidentiality and neutrality requirements.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $96,500 - $110,500
