We’re partnering with a respected local employer to find a skilled
Data Analyst for a temporary assignment anticipated to last 9 - 18 months. Candidates can reside on Oahu or Hawai'i island. This position allows for
hybrid work flexibility with a minimum of two days per week in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced statistical techniques including experimental design, GLMMs, non-linear models, multivariate and non-parametric analysis, Bayesian statistics, and ML modeling for imagery data.
- Manage multiple analytics projects independently, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Communicate findings effectively through reports, technical documentation, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align data insights with energy usage goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, IVR systems, and SQL.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or other advanced computation tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, AWS/Azure, and SAP.
- Expertise in configuring and programming BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik (both back-end and front-end dashboard creation).
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud is a plus.
- Natural curiosity and a passion for solving real-world problems.
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The hourly pay range for this position is typically
$28.85/hr -$43.27/hr. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
