Company Values
Happy to Help
Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we’re invested in the team’s collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community.
Craft over Convention
Our success relies on the quality and craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won’t work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight.
Progress not Perfection
Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better.
Own the Outcome
Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you “own the outcome,” you don’t just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along.

Impact
We're seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our data team and bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytics foundation who wants to combine technical engineering skills with business insight to deliver high-quality, reliable data products.
As an Analytics Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, building the foundational data models that power business decisions. Your work will enable product teams, marketing, operations, and leadership to make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.
About The Role
- You’ll build and maintain data models using dbt, creating a reliable, well-documented analytics layer that supports teams across the business.
- You’ll collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deeply understand reporting needs and turn those into scalable, trustworthy data solutions.
- You’ll define and develop core metrics, reusable dimensions, and standardized data models that power BI dashboards and reporting.
- You’ll ensure the accuracy and consistency of our data by implementing thorough data quality tests and validation processes.
- You’ll design and optimize SQL queries for performance, readability, and long-term maintainability.
- You’ll write and maintain clear, accessible documentation for your data models, transformations, and business logic.
- You’ll support Looker (and potentially other BI tools) by building strong data foundations that enable self-serve analytics across the company.
About You
- You have 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering.
- You’re proficient with dbt (data build tool) and enjoy building modular, maintainable data models.
- You write advanced SQL comfortably, including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions.
- You have hands-on experience working with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, and understand how to design data for usability.
- You’re familiar with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- You bring strong business acumen and a curiosity to deeply understand how data can drive better outcomes.
- You communicate clearly and effectively—especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical partners.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with a thoughtful, driven group who cares deeply about using data to drive impact across the company:
- Bryan McKinney – Director of Data and Analytics
- Kyle Thompson – Staff Analytics Engineer
You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment where your work will shape key decisions across Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
