As an
associate data analyst in our Corporate Planning team, you’ll prepare workforce and seating forecasts, ensuring they remain accurate and aligned with business needs. In this role, you’ll deliver reports for senior leaders, maintain and reconcile data in our cloud-based planning system, and support updates to cost center structures. You’ll also provide support and training to planners and reporting users, while monitoring forecast accuracy to improve planning processes. Using your passion for problem-solving, you’ll identify trends, tell the story behind the data, and predict future behaviors.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office each month at 300 N. Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH 44143. In-office commitment is subject to change based on business need.
Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study.
Preferred Skills
- Familiar with basic concepts such as trend analysis, goal setting, and resource estimation.
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, and SQL to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Self-starter that can meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
- Motivated to learn and apply industry-specific forecasting techniques to support team objectives.
Compensation
- $54,200-$72,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
