We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience in organizational change management, business process transformation, and technology modernization for a potential contract engagement with one of our well-known tech clients in the public sector. In this role, you’ll evaluate adoption and readiness for change, and develop meaningful metrics that measure progress as part of a multi-year, high-impact initiative to modernize child welfare technology for a agency for the State of Washington.

If you are the right fit, you bring the curiosity to tell the story behind the data, the flexibility to work across both technical and change-focused teams, and the ability to communicate insights in a way that supports thoughtful decision-making in a complex environment.

This is a potential full-time contract engagement that can be done remotely that will kick off in July 2026 and conclude in Decemeber 2029. Required:

• Demonstrated ability to measure adoption, readiness, and process performance using data

• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel (advanced), and SQL

• Experience developing metrics that support organizational change management and business process improvement

• Ability to translate complex data into clear stories and insights for leadership

Preferred:

• Experience working with government or human services systems or large-scale IT transformations

• Familiarity with organizational change frameworks

• Experience with Qualtrics or other survey tools
