Senior AI Software Developer
Comp: ~$140K base + 10% bonus
Location: Fully remote
Join a team building an AI program from the ground up. You’ll lead the design and development of AI prototypes, LLM-powered solutions, and backend frameworks that support new product capabilities and engineering excellence across the organization.
Lead AI/LLM POCs, prototypes, and solution frameworks.
Build backend systems supporting AI workloads (APIs, microservices, cloud).
Work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG).
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business to define high-impact AI use cases.
Implement AI-assisted engineering tools and best practices.
Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI/ML techniques.
8+ years of software development (Java or .NET preferred).
2+ years building applications with LLMs or GenAI frameworks.
Experience with high-scale SaaS, ML/LLM integration, and model performance evaluation.
Strong backend engineering skills (REST APIs, microservices, cloud, Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong communication and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
