As a Data Analyst, you will partner with the Data & Analytics Manager to craft narratives, build work products, and analyze data across all areas of the business. Your work will help uncover trends, refine performance metrics, and guide decision-making across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and eager to expand their analytical skills in a high-growth environment. You’ll have direct exposure to leadership, meaningful projects, and opportunities to see your insights put into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs.
- Analyze membership trends, customer retention, and marketing performance.
- Perform competitor and market analysis to benchmark against industry leaders.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Document processes, data definitions, and methodologies for consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, manipulating and maintaining data across multiple systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis functions).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, or similar).
- Functional knowledge of SQL with a strong desire to deepen expertise.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience with R or Python for data analysis (and a passion for continued learning).
- Experience in retail or service industry analytics (car wash experience a plus).
- Understanding of statistical concepts with interest in applying them to business problems.
