They are looking for candidates who have crypto trading strategies that are scalable and profitable, with verifiable returns. This firm specializes in mid- to high-frequency trading strategies across both CeFi and DeFi markets, and is expanding its trading footprint globally.

Role Highlights:
• Work directly with senior leadership including the Head of Trading and CIO
• Contribute to the core trading book while transitioning your alpha to a dedicated desk/account
• Deploy and scale your strategies with substantial capital backing
• Operate across either DeFi protocols and CeFi exchanges
• Help shape the firm's trading direction and infrastructure
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience managing live trading strategies with verifiable returns
• Deep experience in DeFi trading, with exposure to CeFi preferred
• Strong understanding of liquidity provision, arbitrage, and market making
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Python or similar programming skills
