This is your chance to work with and help lead a company that is defining the future of direct-to-consumer, paid livestreaming solutions (both live and on-demand). This is an incredible team of people who strive to delight our partners with innovations that transform their business and their fans’ experience.

Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating bids and proposals, financial modeling of each proposal, proposing deal terms that will meet both Kiswe’s partners and Kiswe’s objectives, and creating pro-forma project-based income statements. Additionally, you will be responsible for securing internal stakeholder approval for proposals. In this role, you’ll be able to have a significant impact at helping Kiswe grow with business opportunities both domestic and international. This role should leverage experience in financial analysis, forecasting, scenario analysis, and modeling for our sports partnerships (where you’ll spend most of your time at the start), creator, entertainment, news, broadcasting, and music verticals in order to accelerate Kiswe’s partnership portfolio.
The Business Analyst will be part of a smaller-sized team and it is expected that the role will evolve to take on significant responsibilities across the entire bid and proposal submission process. Initially, you will be responsible for creating structured processes surrounding financial analysis, refining existing templates and models, scenario modeling, risk analysis, cost analysis, and multi-year project forecasting.
The Business Analyst will report to the Chief Operating Officer. Being a self-starter who is motivated to build partnerships internally is key to success at Kiswe, and this role will consistently interact with other team members in the Business Development and Revenue Management realm, as well as Finance, Product, and Operations. This is both a detail-oriented and creative role, challenging you to innovate and collaborate with some of the most seasoned thinkers in the tech industry. Ultimately, you will be responsible for crafting a deal structure that is mutually beneficial for Kiswe and our partners, and that the financial outcomes produce outstanding results for both.

- Lead processes for quality control of partner financial data, including compliance with each parties’ financial regulations and delivering on any required contract preconditions
- Analyze proposals that have been previously won to ensure that the original financial model properly predicted project financial performance, and evolve Kiswe’s bid templates accordingly
- Present financial models to internal stakeholders and partners as required
- Identify opportunities to creatively increase scope for each proposal to expand value for Kiswe and our partners
