About The Role
We are seeking a talented
Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team in
New York City. You will be responsible for building and maintaining modern web applications, working across the stack on scalable backends, intuitive user interfaces, and reliable infrastructure. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that drives real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend.
- Develop scalable APIs and services to support web and mobile platforms.
- Create intuitive, responsive UIs with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases to ensure high-performance data access.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to our stack.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Go.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong knowledge of web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
- At least 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).
- Understanding of security best practices in web applications.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
