Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join a small, agile team working on high-impact client projects. You’ll design and manage data workflows, build ETL pipelines, automate reporting processes, and deliver dashboards and predictive analytics tailored to business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, translating insights into action, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain ETL pipelines with a focus on data integrity
Automate reporting processes and manage large data environments
Deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics for client use
Collaborate with team members to translate data into actionable insights
Present findings in a clear, compelling format for executive stakeholder

Key Skills:

0–3 years in a data operations or analytics role
Bachelor’s degree (quantitative coursework preferred)
Exposure to Python, R, and SQL for analytics and reporting
Proficiency with Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Effective time management and ability to prioritize independently
Interest in managing complex data environments and workflows
Passion for presenting data in a compelling, story-driven format

Bonus Experience:

Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., React, Node.js)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
Experience with data visualization tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, QGIS)
Background in TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunications) projects
Ability to produce client-ready, executive-level deliverables
