💰 Salary Range: $144,200 – $197,400 (depending on location)

What You’ll Do

Work with product managers, engineers, and fellow data scientists to design and deploy customer-first data products.
Apply tools like Python, SQL, PyTorch, Spark, AWS, and modern ML frameworks to uncover insights and build robust predictive models.
Lead projects from idea to implementation — designing, training, validating, and scaling machine learning systems.
Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable strategies for the business.
Explore emerging technologies and bring innovative approaches into production environments.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience in analytics, or Master’s + 3 years, or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Math, Stats, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, etc.).
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and machine learning methods (3+ years).
At least 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
A track record of solving complex, data-driven problems in real-world settings.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in a STEM field.
Experience productionizing ML models at scale.
Strong background in statistical analysis, experimental design, and model interpretability.

Chicago, IL: $144,200 – $164,600
McLean, VA: $158,600 – $181,000
New York, NY: $173,000 – $197,400
