A top-tier global financial institution is seeking an Analyst to join its Investment Research Operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, operational reporting, and internal communications for a high-performing research division.

Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: Up to $23/hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and operational data to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to enhance dashboards and reporting tools
- Partner with support staff and leadership to track progress on departmental initiatives
- Prepare presentations and reports on client engagement and key metrics for senior leadership
- Communicate with team members across departments on operational updates and priorities
- Assist with daily queries and special projects from the investment research management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree a plus)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar data-focused role
- Strong Excel skills required (VBA, Python, or SAS experience is a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Comfortable working with large data sets and producing high-quality analysis and presentations
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute across teams
