Title: Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Compensation
Pay Range: $41.65-$59.50 Per Hr
Description
- Analyze, design, develop, enhance, and support applications integrating with existing business components.
- Coordinate with business to understand requirements and analyze the potential impact of change requests.
- Analyze application and process issues, communicating with support teams.
- Communicate work progress with management, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
- Learn business processes and apply knowledge to assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support project requirements.
- Perform tasks to analyze application and process issues.
- Communicate work progress and resolve issues efficiently.
- Gather and interpret data requirements and develop solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in software development using general technologies.
- Knowledge of banking products and operational processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively across technology, business, and leadership areas.
- Experience in generic data analysis technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering domain is an advantage.
