Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Analyst to support our supply chain product initiatives. This role will work closely with Product Managers and Data Engineering to identify data needs, automate data pipelines, and build interactive dashboards and applications that drive insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in Power BI, Python, and Streamlit or Dash, and has a passion for building scalable, user-friendly data products.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Works with a wide range of data and uses advanced analytics that deal with data processing, and multiple data sources
- Synthesizes data using data visualizations and dashboards
- Proactively identifies improvements or new opportunities based on understanding the business implications of the underlying data
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to drive analysis
- Produces datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
- Directly interacts with the inputs and outputs of production systems, prepares inputs for non-fully automated systems
- Is the point of contact on guiding colleagues on proper use of data sets
- Generates analysis and reports that that guide decision making by senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
- Expertise in data reporting, visualization & dashboarding tools including cleaning and preparation of data to be later used by other systems such as BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP GRC, ETL/ELT through Informatica or other solutions).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Streamlit.
- Able to perform end to end analysis - including data gathering, analytical thinking, and insight generation
- Expertise in Predictive Analytics and familiarity with Prescriptive Analytics
- Expertise in data and analytics-related skills including:
- Data governance
- Data cleansing, curation, harmonization and packaging
- Data privacy and regulation
- Metadata management
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Analytics, Operations Research, Applied Math, or other related technical fields, Master's strongly preferred
- 3 years of relevant job experience
- Experience with Python and relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, streamlit).
- Skilled in SQL to query, transform, and analyze datasets
- Familiarity with Databricks cloud-based data platform.
- Familiarity with DAX and Power BI advanced calculations (a plus)
