One of our client's hiring a Quality Software Engineer to lead software verification, validation, and quality assurance across aerospace projects. This role ensures compliance with AS9115 / DO-178 / NASA NPR 7150.2 standards, drives automation, and strengthens QA processes from design to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software testing and automation.
- Develop and maintain SQA plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for validation and defect prevention.
- Conduct root cause analysis, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure supplier software quality and compliance with aerospace standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in software QA automation & leadership.
- Strong knowledge of AS9115 / DO-178 / NPR 7150.2.
- Proficient with QA tools, automation frameworks, and Agile / SDLC.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Pay: $70,624.20 - $100,708.72 per year
