We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud SQL MS SQL Server and PL/SQL along with domain experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing data to drive business decisions and improve company processes.
Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that can influence business decisions in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.

Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts using Cloud SQL MS SQL Server and PL/SQL to support data analysis and reporting needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide insights that drive strategic initiatives.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.

Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Optimize data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancy.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior analysts and team members.

Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data analysis within the Life and Annuities Insurance sector.

Demonstrate proficiency in Cloud SQL MS SQL Server and PL/SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to effectively convey data insights.

Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and in-office tasks.

Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new data technologies and methodologies.

Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Data Science or a related discipline.
Certifications Required

Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
