We are seeking a proficient Data Analyst/Data Mapper to join our team, focusing on Salesforce (SFDC) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mapping data to support various business processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role requires strong expertise in SFDC CRM, Excel, and data modeling tools.
Primary Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in data analysis and data mapping, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC) environments
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of SFDC CRM, including Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics)
- Familiarity with Sales IDS, QlikView, and other data modeling tools
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
