Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing Management: Process and manage billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Generate invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize AI tools to automate data aggregation and generate insights for financial reporting.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to reconcile billing issues and provide support for client inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT to implement and enhance AI-driven billing systems.
4. Report Generation: Create and present detailed billing and financial reports using AI analytics.
- Assist in the development of dashboards to track billing metrics and performance indicators.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and techniques, preferably with experience in data analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field is typically required.
Technical Skills:
1. Billing and Financial Software: Proficiency in billing and accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
2. Data Analysis Tools: Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
3.Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Familiarity with AI concepts and machine learning algorithms, including how they can be applied to automate or enhance billing processes.
4.Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
5. Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Experience:
1. Relevant Work Experience: Prior experience in billing, accounting, or financial analysis, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years.
2. AI Projects or Applications: Hands-on experience in projects or roles that utilized AI or automation in processes.
